If you asked us at Fletcher Hyundai our opinion of the 2016 Hyundai Genesis, we're likely to go on and on about it, citing every one of its many winning qualities.
However, since we don't quite have that kind of digital real estate at our disposal, we'd like to link the following video, instead. Autotrader critic, Jabari Jones, is here to summarize the sedan's top traits in a tidy, two-and-a-half-minute clip:
The Genesis catalog offers one a choice between two distinctive drivetrains. The first is a 3.8-liter V6 that's rated at a robust 311 horsepower and 293 pound-feet of torque. Rear-wheel drive is served up standard with this six-banger, but an all-wheel system is offered as an option.
The other, a 5.0-liter V8, doles out a darn-near dizzying 420 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. In our mind, it's a driving enthusiast's dream come true. It is worth noting, though, that the all-wheel platform is unavailable with the V8; rear-drive is the default.
If you'd like to learn more about this scintillating sedan, or wish to get behind the wheel of one, we encourage you to drop by our Joplin, MO dealership. Our automotive experts are ready to answer your every question about the Genesis, or any other Hyundai model within the present portfolio.
